Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1 day for processing and handling. 🖐️

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow for 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping internationally, duties and taxes.
Yes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Returned orders.
If your order returns to us because the address is undeliverable or there was an error in the address when it was entered on Solid Combo.com, we will contact you for further instruction.

Shipping rates
We do not set shipping rates, these are calculated by the carrier at checkout. We charge only the carrier's cost to deliver any packages.

My package never arrived! Tracking says my package was delivered but I can’t find it.
Contact the mail service provider you selected at checkout, they are responsible for the delivery of your package. You can submit a claim for missing mail, or call customer service to get the details of your package and delivery.
